1. Education Services Category
Bold Analytics provides digital educational services including fellowship programs, courses, mentoring support, assignments, and learning resources. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Services are offered under the education/training category.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options (where available). Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways including Razorpay and/or PayU.
3. Currency, Taxes, and Invoices
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). Applicable GST is included in pricing unless stated otherwise. Payment confirmation and invoice details are shared to the registered email address.
4. Delivery of Service
After successful payment, access to purchased digital content is provided immediately or as per the scheduled cohort start date. Delivery is completed electronically via our learning platform and registered email.
Delivery evidence may include payment confirmation email, learner dashboard access, enrollment records, and support communication logs.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are governed by our No Refund Policy. Please review program details before payment. By paying, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
6. Payment Failures and Disputes
In case of failed transactions, debits without confirmation, or payment disputes, contact us with transaction details for resolution. We coordinate with the payment gateway and share status updates with the learner.
