Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bold Analytics ("Company"), operating the website boldanalytics.in. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all account activities.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. All fees include GST. Payments are processed through Razorpay and/or PayU. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Please also review our Payment & Delivery Policy.
3. Nature of Products & Delivery
All products offered by Bold Analytics are digital online content delivered electronically. No physical products, materials, or shipments are involved. Content is accessible online from any device with an internet connection immediately upon purchase or at the scheduled cohort start date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by or licensed to Bold Analytics. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
Students agree to participate respectfully, submit original work, and not engage in harassment or share credentials. Violations may result in expulsion without refund.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued to students who attend 80%+ of sessions, complete all assignments, and maintain good standing.
7. Placement Assistance
Fellowship programs include placement assistance. Bold Analytics does not guarantee job placement, salary levels, or employment outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. All products are digital online content delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you agree to our No Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra, India.
