1. No Refund Policy

All sales on Bold Analytics are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed for any fellowship program, course, or online content, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Products

All products and services offered by Bold Analytics are digital online content delivered electronically through our platform. This includes:

• Fellowship programs (Data Analytics, AI & Machine Learning, Software Development Engineer)
• Individual online courses and learning modules
• Live for fellowship cohorts (recordings are not provided for live classes)
• Assignments, projects, and assessment materials
• Digital certificates upon program completion
• Access to community forums and learning resources

Since all products are digital online content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, they are exempt from refund under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, for digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded.

3. Delivery of Products

All products are delivered online only through our learning platform. Upon successful payment:

• Access to the purchased program or course content is granted immediately or at the scheduled cohort start date.
• Login credentials and access instructions are sent to the registered email address.
• No physical products, materials, or shipments are involved.
• Content is accessible from any device with an internet connection.

4. Acknowledgment Before Purchase

By proceeding with any purchase on boldanalytics.in, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this No Refund Policy.
• You agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
• You understand the nature of the digital online content being purchased.
• You have reviewed the program/course details, curriculum, pricing, and delivery method before making the purchase.
• You waive any right to request a refund, cancellation, or chargeback after completing the transaction.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Bold Analytics cancels or discontinues a program due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• Access to an equivalent or replacement program, OR
• Credit towards another program of equal or lesser value.

This is entirely at the discretion of Bold Analytics and does not constitute a refund obligation.

6. Payment Gateway & Transactions

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and/or PayU. Any transaction/convenience fees charged by the payment gateway or your bank are non-recoverable. For failed or pending transactions, reversal timelines are governed by the respective gateway/bank policies.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this No Refund Policy constitutes a violation of these terms. Bold Analytics reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal remedies.

For any concerns, please contact our support team. While refunds are not available, we are committed to resolving content access or quality issues.
